Cancellation Policies
A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your provider/registered nurse, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. Sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you.
Our cancellation policy is this: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment if they provide 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including no-shows, will be charged the deposit of the scheduled treatment.
For mobile appointments, a final confirmation is required at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. This confirmation is essential to give our team adequate time to travel to your location. Failure to confirm will result in automatic cancellation and a deposit charge, with no refunds or credits issued.
This cancellation policy is not a penalty or a punishment. Most clients understand this. Very rarely, there will be a client who will feel that he or she is being punished when they are charged a late cancellation fee. We want to make sure that you don’t feel this way, if someday you miss an appointment.
Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not issue refunds for completed services or products sold under any circumstances.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a missed appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
