Former Ideal Image Clients: Your Next Steps at Canton Crossing

Have an unfinished Ideal Image treatment package and questions about continuing care in Canton? NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics welcomes you at 3989 Boston Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21224. Our team can review your remaining package and help you understand the next step before you schedule treatment. You do not need to guess which appointment to choose or commit to a new package just to start the conversation.
Your package review comes first
NPOC honors eligible former Ideal Image packages after balance and eligibility verification. That review matters because a receipt, an original package total, and the number of treatments still available may describe different things. Our team needs to confirm what remains and whether the requested service is appropriate for you. An existing package does not automatically establish clinical eligibility for every treatment or treatment area.
Bring your package agreement, receipts or account statement, and any record of completed treatments to the review. If you have appointment confirmations or information about previously treated areas, those can also help the team understand your history. Do not worry if your records are incomplete. Tell the front desk what you have, and ask which documents are needed before your appointment. Keep a copy of any records you provide.
What happens during a complimentary consultation?
Start with a complimentary consultation so the team can discuss your goals, review your treatment history, and explain the available options. For body contouring, select Complimentary Body Contouring Consultation in our online booking system. This appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes. A consultation is an opportunity to evaluate your needs and ask questions; it is not a promise that a particular treatment will be recommended or performed that day.
Tell your provider which treatments you received, when they took place, and how you felt afterward. Share any concerns about your prior experience and the outcome you hope to achieve. Your provider will explain what additional information is needed to make a recommendation. Treatment decisions should follow an individual assessment, even when you previously received the same service somewhere else.
Confirm the details before scheduling treatment
Ask the team to explain the verified remaining balance, the services included, and any appointment requirements. If an item is not covered by the verified package, request its price before agreeing to proceed. The goal is a clear plan that you can understand: the service being booked, the applicable package entitlement, the expected appointment length, and any preparation instructions. Keep the confirmation with your other package records.
Choose the appointment that matches your goal
Online booking should begin with the service you want. Facial and peel appointments belong in The Glow Collection | Facials & Peels. Body-contouring questions belong with the body-contouring consultation. If you are unsure which appointment matches your remaining package, call the front desk before selecting a treatment. That helps the team reserve appropriate time and route your questions to the right person.
