Terms of Service

Last updated: 12/07/2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at npocwellness.com (the "Site"), and the services, treatments, bookings, communications, and content offered by NPOC Wellness & Aesthetics, a d/b/a of Nurse Practitioner On Call LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("NPOC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or package, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are
NPOC Wellness & Aesthetics is a wellness and medical aesthetics practice operating in Maryland, with locations at 1800 N. Charles Street, Suite 810, Baltimore, MD 21201, and 11637 Terrace Drive, Suite 201, Waldorf, MD 20602, along with mobile and telehealth services where available. You can reach us at info@npocwellness.com or 410-246-4768.

2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or booking a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. We do not provide hydration, vitamin infusion, or other services to minors.

3. Our Services

NPOC offers wellness and medical aesthetic services that may include medical aesthetics (such as laser treatments, dermal fillers, microneedling, and wrinkle treatments), IV hydration therapy (in-clinic and mobile), medical weight management, and related consultations and programs. All services are subject to availability, provider discretion, and a medical evaluation where applicable.

Not for emergencies. NPOC is not an emergency facility. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Consultations, Medical Evaluation & No Guarantee of Results

Certain services require a consultation and medical intake before treatment. Eligibility for any treatment, program, or medication-related option is determined at your consultation based on your health history and evaluation, and is at the sole clinical discretion of our providers. We may decline to provide a service if we determine it is not appropriate for you.

Wellness and aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or timeline. Any information provided on the Site or during a consultation is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a promise of results or medical advice outside of the provider-client relationship established at your appointment.

5. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

When you book an appointment, you reserve time set aside exclusively for you. Appointments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, mobile-visit confirmations, and late arrivals are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking, you agree to the notice periods and deposit terms described in that policy.

6. Pricing & Payment

NPOC is a self-pay practice. We do not participate with or bill insurance providers, and all services are payable in full at the time services are rendered. We accept card payments, processed securely through Square. Payment plans such as Klarna, CareCredit, or Cherry may be available on qualifying services, subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at your consultation or point of purchase. You are responsible for all applicable charges and any taxes associated with your purchase.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not issue refunds for completed services or products sold, under any circumstances. Deposits are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Memberships & Packages

Memberships and packages require a 6-month minimum commitment, with billing set to monthly autopay for the duration of the term. Services included in a monthly billing cycle must be used within that cycle and do not carry over. Please review package terms carefully before purchase; questions may be directed to info@npocwellness.com.

9. Telehealth

Some services may be offered by telehealth, meaning the use of technology to deliver health and wellness services remotely. Telehealth has benefits and limitations, and your provider may recommend an in-person visit based on your needs. Your use of telehealth services is subject to our Telehealth Consent, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may withhold or withdraw telehealth consent at any time without affecting your right to future care.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by checking a consent box on our contact or booking forms — you agree to receive text messages from NPOC Wellness & Aesthetics and to the following terms.

  1. Program description. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and booking links, service follow-ups, and — where you have separately consented — promotional or wellness offers.

  2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

  3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  4. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.

  5. Help. If you are experiencing any issues, reply HELP for assistance, or reach us at info@npocwellness.com or 410-246-4768.

  6. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  7. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the aggregators and providers of the text message service, and only as needed to deliver the messages you have requested. This opt-in data is excluded from every other information-sharing category described in our Privacy Policy.

  8. Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

11. Email & Electronic Communications

You may communicate with us by email (info@npocwellness.com) or our client portal for scheduling and general inquiries. While we strive to respond promptly, immediate replies cannot be guaranteed. Please do not use email, text, or portal messaging for urgent matters or medical emergencies.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, each incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Use of the Site & Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to NPOC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

14. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to us or through the Site, you grant NPOC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site and our communications may contain links to third-party websites or services, including booking, payment, and financing providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, and it does not apply to the professional standard of care owed in the direct provision of clinical services.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPOC and its owners, providers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NPOC and its owners, providers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting info@npocwellness.com.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Contact Us
