Your First IV Visit at NPOC: What to Book and What It Costs

Your first IV appointment should be easy to understand before you arrive. Start with the location, the service you are booking, and the price for that visit. At NPOC, IV hydration and vitamin injections share one service page so you can compare your options without searching through unrelated treatments.
Choose a visit, not a promised feeling
Tell the team what brings you in and provide your health and medication history. The clinician will assess whether the proposed service is appropriate. A treatment name is not a diagnosis, and an IV should not replace evaluation of persistent or unexplained symptoms.
How the IV menu is priced
The current introductory and regular prices depend on the number of additives: zero to one additive is $99 introductory or $149 regular; two to four additives is $179 introductory or $224 regular; five to eight additives is $219 introductory or $249 regular. Ask which ingredients are in the selected blend and confirm eligibility for introductory pricing. More ingredients do not automatically make a better plan.
IV hydration and injections are different appointments
An IV infusion and an injection are different routes of administration. Review the exact appointment name before booking. NPOC's standard injection/additive pricing is $30, with separately priced exceptions. NAD injection pricing is $1 per milligram. The NAD 500 mg SQ appointment is a subcutaneous injection, not an IV infusion. Confirm the total for your selected service before proceeding.
What to clarify before you arrive
Check the time reserved in IntakeQ and ask about preparation instructions. Bring your medication list and tell the team about previous reactions or difficulty with needles. Ask what is included, what would cost extra, and whether the clinician may recommend a different option after assessment.
Leave with a clear follow-up plan
Before leaving, make sure you know what to expect afterward, whom to contact with concerns, and whether another appointment is recommended. Ask why a repeat visit is appropriate for you rather than assuming a fixed schedule suits everyone.
Booking and membership
Select Baltimore or Waldorf and the appointment that matches your intended service. If you have a Wellness Direct membership, confirm how the visit counts toward your tier and whether any additions are excluded. Purchasing a membership and reserving an appointment are separate steps.
